HOW TO TAKE FOR BEST RESULTS!
Whether its a prescription medication from the doctor or an
over the counter medicine, success depends on following instructions.
Make sure you follow these instructions.
1. Take IMMEDIATELY
BEFORE GOING TO BED, on an EMPTY STOMACH.
- This may require
three of even four hours of abstinence from eating
no food, no pills, no juice or soft drinks during this time!
(Note: You may drink as much water as you like during this
window
of time. YOU WILL BE ABLE TO TELL BY TRIAL & EXPERIMENT
just how long your window needs to be. YOU CAN TELL WHEN YOUR
STOMACH IS EMPTY.)
- DO NOT BRUSH
YOUR TEETH IMMEDIATELY BEFORE
TAKING this collagen weight loss product. Doing so will start
the digestive process, which
will keep it from being fully effective.. Instead, brush
your teeth
no later than one hour before taking the product.
- If you can
hold the it in your mouth, under your tongue,
for up to 30 seconds, before swallowing. This will allow
sublingual assimilation, an even more efficient way to get
Calorad into the system.
2. On those occasions
when you cannot go to bed with an empty
stomach, SAVE THE COLLAGEN FOR MORNING. Take
IMMEDIATELY UPON ARISING and WAIT AT LEAST ONE
HOUR before ingesting anything other than water! (Do not brush
Teeth during this one hour period.)
3. Measure ONE TABLESPOON OF COLLAGEN IN A PLASTIC
CUP OR SPOON, along with 6 7 ounces of water.
- Note that one
tablespoon = 3 teaspoons = one-half ounce.
- DO NOT USE A
METAL SPOON OR CUP TO MEASURE COLLAGEN, because the metal
will react unfavorably
with the amino acids and reduce the effectiveness of the product.
